Our store offers a unique shopping experience! You can choose to either shop at full price with no membership or become a member and enjoy 50% off all items for just $15 per month. Each week, we drop 500 new items that members get access to at discounted prices.
2. What are the benefits of becoming a member?
As a member, you'll receive 50% off every item in the store, every time you shop. Plus, you'll get early access to our weekly drops before non-members and before the public, giving you the best chance to snag the items you love!
3. How much does the membership cost?
The membership is just $15 per month, giving you access to a 50% discount on all items in the store.For example, if you buy an item priced at $40, with the membership, you’ll pay only $20! After just one or two purchases, your membership will already pay for itself.
4. Can I shop without a membership?
Absolutely! You can shop without a membership at full price. Our goal is to offer flexibility to all customers. You can still find great deals when shopping at full price, but keep in mind that more sought-after items may be purchased by members before they're available to the public.
5. When are new items added to the store?
We add 500 new items to the store every week. The next drop is scheduled for October 19th at 5 PM EST, so mark your calendars!
6. What types of items do you sell?
We offer a curated selection of vintage, secondhand, and thrifted items, ranging from clothing to accessories. Each item is unique, and once it’s sold, it’s gone!
7. How do I become a member?
Simply click on the "Membership" tab on our website, sign up, and pay the $15 monthly fee. Once you're a member, you'll automatically receive 50% off on all your purchases.
8. Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes! You can cancel your membership anytime through your account settings. Your membership will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
9. Are there any limits on how many items I can purchase with a membership?
No, there are no limits! You can purchase as many items as you'd like at the 50% discount as long as your membership is active.
10. How do I know when new items are available?
We announce new item drops via email and social media. Members also receive early notifications, so you can be the first to shop the latest items.
11. What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of thrifted and vintage items, all sales are final. Please carefully check product descriptions and photos before making a purchase.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide, so no matter where you are, you can shop with us. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
13. How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location.
